Buschur Racing Evo X Exhaust Pics and Videos
I know how difficult it is to weed through pages and pages of threads so I wanted to make this thread dedicated to ONLY our new catback exhaust.
The catback system is already done on the car. We put the complete finishing touches on it yesterday. The exhaust was protoyped and tested on Wednesay so we did put dyno the car for testing purposes and this was the verdict with our true dual 3" stainless steel catback for the X. The system utilizes our standard 3" straight through BR Bullet Muffler.
Here is a short video I put together for those interested in how the system sounds.
Buschur Racing True Dual 3" Catback *SOUND CLIP VIDEO* (On streetfire.net)
Buschur Racing True Dual 3" Catback *SOUND CLIP VIDEO* (On Youtube.com)
*NEW EXHAUST CLIP VIDEO* (On Youtube.com)
Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
Take care!

Looks great and sounds nice and throaty; would like to see the difference a testpipe makes in power & sound.

Not sure what loud looks like but please watch the video. Its not LOUD or even loud......
The muffler is our standard 3" bullet muffler which is located in the rear before the axle and it still uses the stock cat.
The system has a rather nice mellow tone.

That sounds so sexy when the car is stationary. Very raspy, kind of like a higher end sports car. Oh and it look just bad ass too!

Looks awesome, although I would've liked to hear it wind up from the outside rather than just lightly rev above idle. Seems relatively quiet though, which is nice. Very tasteful. I would like to see numbers from a catless version of that, and also with a resonator in place of the cat. That would help keep noise down a bit, and keep it nice and deep. Keep up the great work guys! Can't wait to see what's next.

Nice sound... I would be interested in what it sounds like with a test pipe... since that's what i'm planning to run.

Thanks for sharing with us. Sounds good. I really like how the interior sound seemed pretty close to stock. Too bad we dont have a baseline sound check. Maybe we should throw a SPL meter in the car and do a check of stock vs these new exhausts

Are you speaking french or do you have a mouse in your pocket? j/k
We will be doing decibel readings on our system as well.
Stock.... i think a Chevy Aveo exhaust is louder than the stock X to be honest.
