Is no one else noticing that the car stock only made 189awhp on this dyno?

The car maximum BONE STOCK made 211whp / 236trq.
The notes written on there were comparing power at 7000 RPM.

the SRT-4 stock did have that popping backfires... which is awesome... kinda like the V8 gto ....all GREAT sounding cars...so good company
