If I have aftermarket already installed with AP work ok ??
I already have 3' magnaflow, intercooler hardpipe kit, 3' downpipe and cat delete pipe with a blitz drop-in filter if I get the AP will the tune jive with my already installed parts ?? Or do I have to buy the tuneable AP ??

They have a stage 2 map for the exhaust setup you have and an HKS drop in, but I don't know how well it would work with intercooler pipes. I think if you have the stock airbox it would probably be ok. I would check with them. I run the HKS drop in stage 2 map with a turbo inlet tube, and it works nicely, though I am going to have a dyno tune done in Plano in a couple weeks.

Is the stage two re-tunable or is it just a set map plug and play??

Question is did you modify the reduction piece of the magnaflow cat back to match up to the 3 inch test pipe. If not is there excessive turbulance with the flow.

No that little reduction really does not do much 3" moves plenty of exhaust...just remember it used to be full 2.5 inch so that little bit doesn't do any damage your probably talking not even one horsepower if any??
Does the stage 2 AP give better fuel mileage too...considering it leans out the very rich running stock ECU and your not driving like you stole it?? I would think that it would does anyone know ??

you can have a tuner create you a custom map to load into your car using your AP. is that what you were asking?

A tuner via internet or are you talking go to a shop and have someone tune it ..? Wouldn't the base stage 2 be just fine seeing as I don't have much done to my car ?
Still wondering if it helps on gas mileage as well as performance though ?

You can do either of those options. And the stage 2 map would be fine besides that blitz filter, i don't think Cobb has a specialized map for that filter as they do with others, but if you contact them they might suggest a map that will work for that one.
And I have no idea about gas mileage.

In all reality the blitz filter looks identical to the stock filter except it's blue...it was probably a waste of $50 bucks. Its made of the same material pretty much other than the color I see no difference and felt or hear no difference ? Now I just have to find and AP for around $600 or a used one that someone is selling
