I'm betting he did that on purpose at torque peak since the power is still up due to AFR/timing/Mivec tuning and the SST doesn't like too much torque all at once. That keeps the torque curve flat but strong from 3500-5000 to save the drivetrain and the boost before tune was spiking over 28 psi and still making less power/torque.

 DING DING DING we have a winner!!!!
this car spikes hard ( thanks aem)
so even with 50 % primary and 40% secondary the car hits 24-26 psi easily
i left it a bit low so that even on the road it would only level out and not spike
and its only a 1 psi dip lol

very nice! jon used to tune out here in nh. he was the first to tune my 05 evo 8 which was 100% stock at the time. he spent a lot of time perfecting the tune!
