Depends on what gas station you go to fill one up from.

If you take it to the Hayward station it would currently cost $143

If you take it to the Sacramento station it would currently cost $94

these are way impressive numbers on E85 especially considering the lightness of the mods. great job again! cant wait to see the aggressive tune. how well does the evo x fpr deal with the extra duty of making sure that much gas gets to the right place. i mean you said the afr's were as low as 10.8 up top which is good enough for E85 right. have you guys done any datalogging to see exactly what the IDC was? i thought i saw something saying they were at 100% IDC. wow, thats crazy for 950's. but then again it is E85. again great job GST. cant wait to see that GC8 on the track again.

That's what I heard as well, my tuner called tony at T1 and he has the right clips and every thing for drop in without cutting anything.

http://www.t1raceparts.com/1000cc_Bo...r_p/b1000s.htm

I was asking my tuner because I am probably going E-85 as my next mod, getting those injectors and maybe a walboro or something too, fuel rail if I need it.

Hey Bryan, what are your thoughts on E85 + cams on the stock turbo? I've been wanting to switch over to E85 since I bought the car and I'd like to stick with the stock turbo as the car spends most of the time on the streets. Thoughts?

We should have this car back in pretty soon here. We will be testing out a upgraded actuator and a 3 port boost solenoid to see what gains we can get from that as well on E85.

To be honest I have only tuned one Evo 10 with cams so far and it was having some issues so I couldn't get a good idea of how the cams where performing. So far we don't have many people wanting to install cams yet. The labor is much more intensive than the 8/9.

Bryan,

Good gains. I suspect there is more to be had once you can log knock. However, I'm kinda wondering if you'll be able to sustain much more than 360 whp on the stock Evo 10 fuel pump. AMS's fuel pump testing shows the Evo 10 fuel pump has more umph than the Evo 9 fuel pump, but it flows somewhat less than a Walbro.

Do you mind mentioning the AFRs for the E85 tune?

Yea I am thinking the same thing, the boost levels up top where about the same for 91/E85. I believe once the car flows more we might hit the fuel pump limit.

AFR's are approx 11.8 gasoline
