Is this designed for the non-Aero package cars? Or will it also work with the Aero package?

For non aero kit, evo x with aero front lip, must remove them to fit this.

Hi Alex:
For the non-aero package, you have to take out the black plastic piece on the front of the bumper, for the aero package, you have to take off the front lip !
