fiiiiiiiiiiiiiinally!!!
looks nice, but i think i need the 1.4" front drop of the h&r's..
i wish the rear of the h&r's only dropped 1" tho (they supposedly drop the rear 1.3") cus i like what your rear looks like.. and i think 1.4" front and 1" rear would finally make the car look like it had even gaps!
hey! i got an idea.. but it probably will get flamed.. but what if i used eibach rear springs and h&r fronts!??
i wish i had the money for teins.. but i just don't right now, cus of the cost of this car..
and good springs and shocks are just as good as coilovers.. it's a known fact.. (i only hope the shocks will work well with the aftermarket springs.. otherwise those will have to be upgraded too.. but even then we're not talking 1600 bux for tein's !!)

I rather get H&R IMO. I had Eibachs and they were wonderful and cheaper but from the bigger, I hate uneven gaps. I would like a more even gap and a slighty lower height but that'll have to wait. Just bought a Clarion VRX935VD headunit and I'm all out of cash.

I was informed that spring tension / rates are to be matched with damper. But if it's just for show then thats that I surpose
In the UK it is pref to change the whole set up for that very reason.....

Just an FYI... for those of you thinking the H&R are going to give you an even fender gap...? it's not going to happen like that... the EVO's fenders are cut too differently to ever have an even wheel gap unless you go a coilover setup, and then you'll really have to dive the nose down alot more than the rear, and that is going to throw off the dynamics of the car, and will probably make the car handle like ****...
but if you're just into looks, then go for it...

oh, and i would not reccomend using different springs in the front and the back... that would really mess up the car... all springs are designed to work in a complete set, and not to be mis and matched...

Z1 needs to get all the stuff they sell up on the website, as they are losing sales depending on word of mouth advertising. I know they can get Volk and Advan rims, but are they on the site? Nope. Same with the Eibach springs apparently.
Somebody needs to put a boot up the bum of the web guy over there.
