What front/rear swaybar combo for Bilstein + Swift Spec-R combo?
Hi guys,
My car has stock MR Bilstein Struts with Swift Spec-R MR springs.
Spring rates are as follows:
Swift Sports MR: F: 179 (helper section) 269 (main rate), R: 157 (helper section) 314 (main rate). -1.4, -0.66 drop.
My questions is, since I'm doing my clutch, what front and rear sway bar combo do you guys recommend? The car will spend most of it's time on the street but will be tracked occasionally.
I am also installing a Whiteline Roll-Centre Adjustment Kit when I do the clutch so please take that into consideration.
I've been offered cheap Whiteline 27mm front and 22m adjustable bars, will these do or is the rear bar not stiff enough?
Edit: I'm running stock 17's with 235 (92.5in) tyres if it makes a difference.

I was on the Swift Sports at the time ^^
Whiteline 26mm front and 22mm rear is a good combo also. 24mm can be used. Going too big on the rear bar has poor results on the Evo. So many do it and then get "tri-pod mode". Too large of a bar causes the rear tires to lift in hard cornering. Evo performs best with all 4 wheels on the ground.

But seriously, Google around for a swaybar stiffness table and you can see all of the relative stiffness values compared. Little changes can make a big difference. Given your relatively light springs compared to full-on coilover setups, I wouldn't consider using the larger bar.

Thanks a lot for the help guys, will go with the 26mm front and 24mm rear as suggested.
I've also been offered a Cusco Front Underbody brace. Does this item make much of a difference?

I suggest regardless of which bars you buy, to install the rear first and get used to the additional rear rotation and learn and appreciate the difference. Maybe even skip the front swaybar. It is only a good deal if you wanted it before you saw/found the "deal."
