They are actually pretty easy to change pads/remove. I can do it in roughly 10 minutes now after the HP pad fiasco I went through, changing and changing back several times due to the bad fitment.
Quicky pad changes... Tap out one of the pins with a small drift (pins shown above in diagrams as "1"). Take off the clip, tap out the other pin. Loosen the two large caliper retention bolts on the rear side of the rotor. Rock the entire caliper from inside to outside of the rotor, which will seat the caliper pistons. Pull out pads. Reverse to install. Simple.

2cool .. can you take a picture of the caliper bolt that one is supposed to loosen and post it in this thread? I am a little confused as to what exactly you do to seat the pistons

If you have the tool shown, its easy. When I mention caliper bolts, I mean the two large bolts on the back side of the rotor, which hold the caliper onto the spindle. Loosen them to allow the caliper to move on the rotor, then grab the front of the caliper and rock it from the front side to the back side of the rotor a couple times... it will pry the pistons open. Avoid using anything to pry the pads, as you can damage them.

I am doing this job right now. got left side done. This has to be the best car to change pads on. I did not have to losen the bolt what I did was knock one of the pins through, pull out the clip, knock the other through. Then I pushed the pad against the piston with my hand, took the pad right out, then did the other pad the same way. Very easy and all you need to put it back in is a small hammer to make sure the pin sets correctly.

One last thing, in the diagrams it shows a pin on the rods that go through. I did not have any clips at all. one end of the pin is fat and that is the side that goes on the inside of the break.

It's the thought that counts, and bringing this thread up helped me gather some info. First time working with the Brembo Calipers and all the How-to's have dead links from the same time period or take longer than the expected completion time to find and load all the attachments.
