There's only one place that really specializes in Rota wheels, and that's SubyDude.com, so I'd call them.

Hey everybody, I'm new here and I like to know if someone have sure information about this set of wheels and tyres in Evo IX. My Evo become not until in January, but wheels interested allready.
WHEELS: 19x9.5 offset 28 ???
TYRES: 225/35 19 or 235/35 19
Please, don't tell me it's stupid to put those in Evo and et cetera.....
Most of all I'm interested offsets.
Thanks beforehand....

Without manufacturer and model, nobody can possibly give an answer.

I run 18x9.5 +35. With a +28 and that width I believe you will rub the fenders and quarters. Also, 225 is too narrow for that rim. I have 255's now, and the sidewalls slightly taper in. I would not go any less than 245. Just my 2 cents.

Wow, that's barely even English, and you're in the wrong forum, but I'll reply anyway.

1. This forum is for CONFIRMED WHEEL FITMENTS - meaning people are supposed to post what they know will work, not ask a bunch of questions because they didn't feel like reading all of the previous posts from people who understand what this thread is for.

2. a 225 on a 9.5 will be stretched like mad. 235 will be pretty bad too, but should work depending on the tire, 9.5 is the max that most tire manufacturers recommend on a 235/35/19.

3. in theory a 9.5 with a 28mm offset will clear your stock springs, by about 2-3mm, so there's no way to guarantee it will work without a spacer unless someone has the exact same wheels in the exact same size, which is information you did not provide.

4. it IS STUPID, which is why no one has responded. Don't expect any love from non-performance parts on this forum. If you want that, post your question in the "Slow N Shine" section.

Oh, sorry. My mistake...

I have different rims and tyres for "performance" use. So I need rims only in exhibitions.

He meant manufacturer and model of the WHEELS.

Just because one company's 19x9.5 +28mm wheel will work, there is no guarantee that any other 19x9.5 +28mm wheel will work.

The Evo has very large front brake rotors and calipers that require wheels with a high "x-factor", which is why you don't see very many deep-dish or concave wheels on Evos. The spoke design is just as important as the wheel size and offset when it comes to Evo fitments.

How that is possible?

The spoke design looks like it might work, but it will all come down to pad height. 29 pounds is nuts, but it's only for show so you won't have to worry about it eating up your brake pads and killing your acceleration and fuel mileage.

Because the spokes won't clear the calipers. A 19x9.5 +28mm wheel with a low pad and a gorgeous deep-dish or concave look will scrape the **** out of your calipers, but another 19x9.5 +28mm with minimal dish or concex spokes will work just fine.

Thanks, that relieved me.

I knew this, but I think above that there is something else reason. Everybody knows that Evo has "big" brakes. Now I order Momo wheels...
