An Annoying Grinding Noise Coming from Pass. Rear Brake While Turning??

Hey Guys-

I finally got my car running and there is a loud annoying grinding/churning type noise while I'm turning coming from the Passenger Rear brake/wheel area.. Any of you have any idea? I'm going to be taking the wheel off soon for inspection and want to know what to specifically look for.. I was possibly think that maybe the dust shield was hitting the rotor or the pad was loose and was grinding on the rotor.. These are brand new rotors (not broken in yet) and brand new pads (not broken in yet). The brakes are bled entirely with no air in the system.. Please help, greatly appreciate, thanks!!!

I have had a wheel bearing go out on another car and i doesnt sound anything like this.. im not thinking that is it.. I'm thinking it has something to do with the new rotor/pad or possibly that dust shield..

any one else? thanks
