as far as i know, Goodridge has not changed the design nor lengh of their brake lines made for the evo, so i dont think anything has changed. unless, Goodridge changed the design due to this problem. I think i heard that Russell ss brake lines for the evo have the same issue.

the previous owner of my evo did not know about this problems and my line was cut open as it rubbed and nearly killed me and some friends in california as i lost all brake pressure while going on a downhill.....I was able to use my ebrake and creep inot an empty parking lot. I highly advise you just check and make sure they are ran the same way. That experience is NOT one i'd like to re-live again.

I just bought a NIB kit but the box number is different. Just wondering if it's the good cable or bad as the shortest cable (for the rear I'm guessing) has that 90 degree bend in it.

Drives: GG IX STY?

This should be deleted. Goodridge corrected this problem a long time ago. I bought a kit last January suspicious of the hype around these "faulty brake lines" All a thing of the past man.

They perfom great for a fair price and this nonsense is taking away from a great product. Buy these with out worry. That's my two.
