I got an alignment yesterday and the tech was concerned because the front Caster is suppose to be between 3.4 and 4.4 My passenger front Cast was 3.3 (.1 off).
That the wheel I smacked into a curb after hitting black ice.

Driving my 1gen DSM (it had a front suspension alot like the Evo), while backing and turning, I hit a post with the face of the tread on the driver's front. I got out and saw no damage but when I drove away the steering wheel was cocked about 90 degrees from normal.
Back home and with the car up, I loosened the bolts on the lower control arm on that side and got things moved back to where they should be. The rear bushing had been yanked to one side. Then, after replacing a blown strut and resetting toe, everything was normal.
