Sorry for the delayed response guys.
I running Kuhmo V710 with the round shoulder. I don't believe they are quite as wide as some others.
To be honest, I'm not a huge fan of the 9" wheel. I strictly use the set-up for autocross and have to run high pressures to minimize sidewall flex. I only run the setup because I got a great deal on the tires and those were the wheels that I had. I plan to go to a 10" wide. I wouldn't feel great about full road course duty on this set-up.

final outcome of mine. Still a little rubbing at the front of the driver's side and at full lock on both sides.
Enkei RPF1, 18x10 +38
20/5mm spacers
285/30/18 ZIIs
Camber -3.3/-1.7
Toe 0/0
Caster 6.8
Front pulled 1/2" and rolled, still rubs drivers side in the front of the arch
Rear rolled flat with some banging and bolt relocated, bracket trimmed.
