Advan wheels, offset

I'm about to order a set of Advan RZ wheels for an Evo 8, size desired is 18x9
3 offset sizes are offered, 25mm, 35mm, 45mm I'm not sure which would best fit the Evo8?

+25 offset will be the most aggressive look but depending on tire size you will likely have to roll your rear fenders if they aren't already done. +35 would be ideal for a nice easy fitment for anything up to a 255 width tire.

As above, i have 18x9 et25 rs-d's on my viii, with 245/40/18 tyres and standard arches i get rubbing on the outer lip of the rears, an et35 would deffo be a better fit, but i wanted the most lip on the rim, a higher offset/et would have made the lip smaller.........

Will either have to roll the arches, or get a few mm shaved off the backs of the wheels, only considering the wheels option as over here in the uk nobody likes rolling ct9a arches, no guarantees are given and there's lots of horror stories of deformed arches...

I'd go et35 if lip/dish size wasn't a factor, standard offset on the viii is et38 iirc.

Rear fenders are already rolled, the plan is to have front 245 tires & 265 rear...so, is the +25 still the way to go?
One more question, do new Advan wheels (RS/RZ) include center caps & air valves or are those sold separately?

25, I have RS-D w/ 25 off set. Mine came with valve stems but no center caps. Here's a link for pic reference. Rear fenders are rolled
