Is it from the sun??
Or is it from your wheel when you take it off and put it back on?
I have some nics but from me not being carefull w/ the wheel when mounting.
I live in hot a*s AZ and the sun hasn't done anything to my calipers...

as for y this happen's that depends. are you on stock pads/line's/ rotors??? if so it is cause the clear coat sucks and probly cant handle the heat. or is just way to thin like they did not put enoff on to save coast
if you aftermarket stuff then most likly the brake fluid got to it when changing your line's. if it did not get on the paint then mitsu will look for the upgrades to blame it on. they did to me. i told them the problem was be4 i changed **** over. they said no it was not. lol. go figure

I just went in to the dealership last week and had some other warranty stuff taken care of. They said they wouldn't fix the calipers anymore. Needless to say I was skeptical so the service manager printed me out the bulletin from Brembo saying it's caused from the brake's being bled and fluid getting on the paint. I can see how this could be true in some cases but I've never had the brakes done on my car so it's at least partly B.S.
