is this thread just for evo drivers??? i own a 09 lancer gts and couldn't find anyone that would give me advise fixing and tuning my car. i am kind of new at this.

i will be there in april for sure now. I will be keeping my florida plates. i am not trying to do that stupid emissions stuff. How much do the cops hassle you over window tint? Do they make you guys pop your hoods or any gay stuff like that?
