Detailed a friends Evo
First Evo I have ever detailed and only the second detail I've ever done with a Porter Cable. It took me ALL day....did the interior, engine bay, and took the rims off, jacked up the car, did the brakes and the rims. Car is a 2003 Evo with 18K MILES!! The owner barely drives it, and used to be a rally car driver in the SCCA pro rally...Good friend of my family...anyways, enough with the background...check out some before and after pics...keep in mind, only 2nd time with a PC!
Before..

Nice work! Did you do a glass-cap on it? My car needs one so bad. Looks great!

I bet the car didn't look that good even when it was brand new! Good job I wish I can detail my car some day and make it look like that (rally red with A LOT of swirl marks )

haha, thanks everybody...the process was pretty basic...washed the car, clayed it, took wheels off to do the rims and brakes, then interior, engine bay, followed by intensive polish with pc, and glazer with pc, then wax by hand...major products used were ps21 cleaners, menzerna polishes, with I believe either lake county or ccs pads, and mothers wax.
Brandon, I would definitely consider coming down to do your Evo.
