has anyone modded their stock evo 8 front bumper? something like shaving off that hideous mitsubishi emblem-nose...if so, please upload pix

Agreed. It is almost perfect. I think painting the intercooler bracket that you can see a flat black and adding mesh would make it 100% perfect. I really, really like this. It is the best of both worlds between the VIII and IX front. No horrible split grill, and no horrible Gialla wannabe holes. Brilliant!

Agree completely. I love the bigger intercooler opening on the 8 bumper, but hate the pontiac nose.
