What a goof ball. You really think they cost $2500 to make those Rays wheels.
Do you think A & F shirts cost $65.00 to make?
No they cost like $0.48 to make a Tshirt.... laguna beach keeps A&F alive.
Its a giant markup because they know dummies who are materialistic and have to pay extra to expand their EVO-EGO will buy them...
Suby Dude:
An amazing "replica" style wheel for the fraction of the price...
Oh and by the way.... you DONT even get center caps for the RAYS wheels :: advan RS Gram lights 57pro (pay an extra $120 for plastic that should have been included in the first place )

How many times can you re-invent the wheel anyway? Not that many. If you like Volks buy them. Its your money. If you like the look of Volks but want to save some cash, buy Rota's. Whos cares. I would consider Rotas because of cost. Everyone gets all serious saying they copied this, and they copied that. Big deal, I hope you dont lose any sleep over it. Just my .02 cents Have a nice day.

I used to eat, sleep, and dream Evo's. Its actually kinda nice not to compete. I still love the Evo and will always be a fan. It was just time for a change.

I have no idea what you are writing. The wheel looks like the Advan RS... there is no such thing as an RS2. The Rota Boost looks like the RG2.

That's great but you're missing out on the actual performance of strong light weight wheels. With the Rotas you get the "look" but no performance. You definitely get what you pay for. Not that I'm against Rotas... just that there is advantages to having the real thing.

I agree 100%. For those that push their car hard, track, or AutoX, having a proven forged wheel or strong cast wheel is good insurance.
I've owned Rotas and I'll probably own another set for daily driving/looks, but when it comes to track time, etc, only forged wheels for me. Having been in a position where I wadded up a car, let's just say I'm glad I had my Volks on at the time, otherwise the wheel would have probably shattered and I would have rolled. After the incident, I was still able to drive 2 hrs home.

Weight isn't bad on the Rotas and there are some people successfully tracking them.
