Everyone i know uses the Yakima. You have to purchase in pieces, but once your done you'll spend almost 500.

this might sound crazy but i really really like the way the evo looks with roof racks. i know i will never ever use it on my car but i would love to have them on top of my roof

Just a note, only Yakima racks will work with aluminum roofed evos since they lack the factory mounts in the rain gutters. Otherwise, I'd go with thule since using the factory mounts makes them easy to attach and remove.

mekilla looks good...this year i might rock a yakima rack. last season i just didnt use my rear seats and it worked out good. what width load bars you using?

well if it is oyur only car...and you surf and snowboard then you NEED one. besides the baddest STi i have ever seen was coming down the mountain at big bear and it had a roof rack with 3 snowboards chillin on it.
