Just have a few more questions to clear up. I'm looking to get a set of 18X9 +25. Is the Sapphire Black glossy very glossy, etc.? Does it clears the calipers? Will it requires spacers? I remember you said it does not requires fenders rolled. Thanks in advance!

The Sapphire Black has a standard gloss finish. About as glossy as a normal gloss-finished wheel gets. This setup is also confirmed to clear the Evo Brembo calipers.
As far as fender rolling is concerned, you may have to roll your rears. It all depends on what size tire you use.

As of tires, I was thinking about to get 245*40*18. Might consider 255*35*18! What do you recommend? Thanks

245/40/18 wuld be a better bet if you did not want to roll your fenders.
