Yes, the flange that you need is Synapse Part #SB001.4A. This is the HKS style adapter flange and it will snap in with the current HKS piece that you have welded onto your UICP  We'll be getting more of these in next week and the price would be $215 shipped for this combo. Yes, the Evo-specific recirculating set-up is exactly what is pictured. It includes the blow-off valve and Evo adapter flange (SB001.9A).
