When you say that it comes with its own installation kit, does that apply to an VIII? For the actuator, is this an upgraded version as I read on another Tomei thread that if in fact the turbo does come with the upgraded actuator then the price is awesome. Assuming that I'm on the right track, what would be the shipping cost to 76559? This would be a great gift for me with this Iraqi deployment money I'm saving. Thanks.
