may i just ask? when you say Pmd!!!, does that mean that you have sent a private message? i'm asking because i have yet to receive a pm from you sir except for the time that you responded to me when i was still inquiring. i'm just wondering.

i should add that no one from your company has, at the very least, tried to get in touch with me regarding my order which i have paid for almost a month ago and which, to this very day, i still haven't received yet. i am just wondering if it would take a lot of effort to inform me the status of that order of which i have sent you numerous private messages but have yet to receive a response from you.

just as so that everyone here will know, the issue here is really plain and simple. I paid $125 through paypal for the JDM diverter valve last October 16, 2009. I have been waiting for some form of confirmation from the seller for about 2 weeks. I then called the seller and I was informed that they will not ship the item to another address other than the paypal address. This was and has never been mentioned in any of the pages here in this seller's ad. I was then asked if I still wanted to go ahead with this transaction to which I said yes. I was calling long distance, the line got cut off. I have been waiting for some form of communication from this seller since. I seriously doubt if there was any initiative to make contact. Given that this seller knows my paypal address/email, and I have posted my email here in these pages for this seller to see, I fail to see why up until today, I have yet to receive any form of communication from this person. I have had to be just contented with the posts that this person has made here. But in so far as 'actual' PMs that this person claims he/she has sent, I vehemently deny such PMs have been made.

I have been very rational about this sir. As you can see from my posts here, I have been trying to put up with this for a long time now. Please rectify this situation at the soonest possible time. I'm afraid that I will no longer have any alternative if you don't amend this.

OK I think you are a bit confused, I have been sending you Private Messages to your inbox on this forum responding to your questions over the last week with no luck. With that said, Immediately after receiving your paypal payment your were notified via email (docjuwew@gmail.com) that we cannot accept your payment because your payment is from an unconfirmed address. We can only process and ship orders through paypal from confirmed accounts and I can either refund you and you can resend the payment from a confirmed address, or send us a payment via wire transfer the choice is yours. As I stated a few posts prior to this one because we are having communication issues it would be best if you called us directly so we can resolve this problem immediately.

i think you are confused sir. I have not received a single PM or an email from you since this whole debacle. I know this for a fact because I have been checking my PMs here and my email every day. I can show you and anyone a shot of my screen to show that I haven't received any email or PM from you. I don't think it makes any sense for me to deny that I have received any form of communication from you. I am the one who paid for the item, iIam the one who hasn't received it yet. logically, I would be the one who would try to communicate with you, as I have been. plain and simple logic.

regarding this claim of yours that the payment is from an unconfirmed address, I have yet to see anywhere in these pages about this so called policy of yours. I have made purchases from other vendors here, recently from CPE, but I didn't get this kind of treatment.

I did call your office to try to put an end to this. After telling the person (this person should set up a school on how to make customers really angry!!) who answered that I was calling from overseas and after being put on hold for at least 10-15 minutes was I then told that the item hasn't been shipped. I was having images in my mind about him going through a big heap of paperwork because he took forever to answer. I should add that I know he was talking to you while he was talking to me at the same time. I don't want to think why you wouldn't even try to talk to me sir.

Obviously, this deal is not going forward so please refund my payment at your earliest convenience so we can put an end to this.

lastly, let me just remind you the meaning of confused because you stated that I am a bit confused. according to the dictionary, confused means: unable to think with clarity or intelligently; perplexed by many conflicting situations or statements. I fail miserably to see how this applies to me.
