MIL.SPEC HIGH Pressure Throttle Shaft Seals are available
I will be out of town till 11/22
All orders placed between 11/17-11/22 will be sent out on 11/23.
Thanks
Let MIL.SPEC help you eliminate your boost leak with our NEW High Pressure throttle shaft seals.
Seals are sold in sets of 2 & can be purchased without or with a TB gasket in OEM & 65mm sizes.
Here is the 48 state price structure, including shipping & paypal
$18.12 = 2 Seals
$21.21 = 2 Seals + a new OEM TB Gasket
$24.30 = 2 Seals + a new OEM 65mm TB Gasket
Install tool dimensions are in post #5
paypal is aby.smfr@gmail.com
PLEASE INCLUDE EVOM SCREEN NAME WITHIN PAYPAL
PLEASE PUT THE CORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS WITHIN PAYPAL
A notification of shipment will go to the paypal address....
I send the seals to the person who paid for them....
If you want them to go to a different address, instruct me to mail them elsewhere within paypal.....
I have yet to have somebody mail me the seals back that went to their mothers or cousins house.....
Shipping is via USPS (Lower 48 states) generally takes ~3-4 days. Delivery confirmation is extra.
Oversea's shipping is available
Generally for an extra ~ $2.00
Shipping Reports to Greece, UK, Ireland, Australia & New Zealand have been between 5 -12 days
3-5 priority mail runs ~$29.00, if available to your country
If you are still running on the OEM Throttle shaft seals, you most likely have a boost leak.
If you have a ‘03/04 Evo, there is an 80% chance that your OEM throttle shaft seals are cracked.
If you own a 05/06 Evo, those odds increase to over 90%
MIL.SPEC seals are metal cased, like the OEM units, but offer SUBSTANTIALLY more lip seal thickness.

MIL.SPEC
The seal maker claims they can hold +50psi, but I have only tested them to 35psi on my car during a boost leak test with ZERO Leakage
MIL.SPEC offers you a number of combinations for purchasing TB shaft seals & TB gaskets.

Nice. How difficult is the install? I have no fine tune dexterity. If it involves anything other than smashing I'm outta luck.

I should know better, but year uses a 65mm t.b. I know this a dumb question. since I can't pm you now cause pda evom sucks can you shoot me a invoice on p.p.
I shouldn't complain too much about the pda version since I am typing this on my phone while driving a tractor trailer in the middle of the night. I know drive a truck and be on here running my business. Makes the 500 miles a day go by quick though.
Seals and gasket for a 05. Thanks man. End rambling...
p.p.

Erik... What would it take to design these for the BBK 75mm tbodies. I know some vendors sell them, and I know AMS uses it with their VSR Intake Manifolds. BBK 75mm mustang throttlebodies have been known to leak like crazy. Heck mine leaks at 12psi.
