Cool, so the Equal Length kits, if i don't want the intake, can i just get the adapter instead for my Injen intake to the lower the price? Also do i have to run the licp you guys supply? Trying to save as much money, haha. Finally, how much extra is it to have the mani polished?

The Equal Length kits are 100% complete and pre-assembled for a painless installation. They have TONS of clearance to the stock radiator and will even clear larger aftermarket radiators like the Koyo. The intake will easily clear the Injen UICP and our intercooler would bolt up perfectly as well if you wanted to add it to the package

Any time! I'm assuming you mean that you want on the dyno, and we're hurrying

We're building a twin scroll kit for a customer currently and have a few more pending as we speak. We have an EVO in the shop full-time dedicated to mock up, so just about anything custom is not a problem

Chris,
The 42R kit does require a half-size radiator as well as removal of power steering and AC. The housings on a GT42R are simply enormous so there's just not much way around that. It was for that reason that we built the T4 H-Cover kits. Those allow you to keep the stock radiator and all accessories intact. The PT74 and GT42R share the same compressor wheel, but the turbine wheels are slightly different. Spool is a few hundred RPM quicker on a T4-H PT74 and gives up only about 50whp at 900whp+. Up to that point, they are very similar in power output. The PT76 is rated for another 100hp (1150hp) but sharing the same big shaft platform, spool is still reasonable. If you have other questions don't hesitate to get a hold of me!

That sounds good How much more boost and timing on pump before knock?

We can remove the intake system and save you some money, and you can of course fabricate your own LICP if that's your preference to save a little more. A stock or stock replacement LICP will not work, so it would need to be custom. I completely understand saving money and we can work with that. Having the manifold mirror polished adds $249 to the total

I wish someone could find a way, and still be efficient to fit a 42R and keep A/C and P/S and I would be ALL over it. Florida is just to hot to not have A/C in the summer, and I will still want to actually drive my car even on the street with a 42R. Yea call me crazy but a weekend warrior it would be.
Is there any solid data with the PT74 turbo kits yet? I want to see dyno graphs etc... before I could even think about going with one of them. I know a 42R performs, and performs VERY well.

I currently have a AMS fmic, so i'm good there. So there's no way to custom fab my Nisei licp to fit w/the kit? Does your licp have a bracket? I saw that you said you guys are making TS kits. Exactly what would be the cost for say a 35r?

The most recent dyno result I've heard was ~860whp at 38psi on a 74mm H-Cover kit. The other builds are still in progress or I just haven't heard back with numbers on. We're going to be shipping another H-Cover 74mm kit down to Jamaica here shortly and I know for certain that this customer will be giving it hell

You may be able to cut and modify, but that would be at your discretion. We don't believe in the bracket because leaving it out allows for some "play" in the silicone couplers and better fitment with the largest number of intercooler/turbo combinations since there is always a slight variance depending on the parts. Paul has run his EVO to 55psi with our 42R turbo kit and nothing but our silicone and clamps to hold it on without any problem, so we know you can give it as much as the largest turbo we offer for an EVO will make without any issues
Pricing for the kit would depend on the options so feel free to PM or call me to discuss in more detail!

Tom does this mena the GT42 with the Tial housing and the manifold you guys used on ifarted2's car will not be part of your lineup?? its a really shame if this is the case as it looked a stunning piece of kit.
have you guys spoken to Forced inductions?? they do some 'S' covers for tight spaces. also they are using the latest BW units for the corse but doing alot of work to them. they are supposed to be pretty impresive units.
Cheers
Chris.

Chris,
Yes of course the Tial housing 42R kits are available! I was referring to our twin scroll all Garrett T4 GT42R turbo kit. The Tial housing kits do clear a full-size radiator and even thicker aftermarket units with plenty of space between compressor cover and radiator core The S-cover turbochargers are great and considerably smaller, but are currently only available with up to a 67mm compressor from our primary turbocharger supplier, Precision.

Chris,
We can sell those in a kit, but with the turbo size options and the ambition/intellect of most people who'd be interested in such a setup we end up doing a fair number of small changes to suit the customer's preference. We're flexible even on the big setups and will be happy to work with you to get exactly what you want on the car
