Yes it comes with EVERYTHING you need to bolt it up. Installation is really easy becomes the kit comes pre-assembled, minus the downpipe and intake of course. As far as the injen UICP, I would assume yes, but I'm not 100% sure. The first picture is exactly how it will arrive at your doorstep, with a box and lots of peanuts.

ETS, what happened to the GT42 manifold that ifarted2 was running?? did that not allow you to keep the stock rad??
also what will the PT76 be like in spool and power to the GT42??
