will that gap be a problem for daily driving? Wouldnt water rain and snow get in there?

nope i have 3 sets for the flare size..... the pic is the smaller /lowest setting. it doesn't have a gap that would cause more stuff to get on your door.
obviously you don't have to remove your fender liner

What's the max size give in regard to additional clearance? I'm very interested if this means I can run 285's more easily or even step up to 295's!

Wow, you're the man! I really like these, but I like the way my advans sit flush with the fender. Looks awesome on your car though!

dave sent me the first prototype last week and i recently installed it. i will have a how to and review up soon
but for cliff notes, it's a great mod. this mod beats buying crappy "wide" fenders
unfortunately, im not home and internet is down at my place. so i'll have to upload and post everything tonight.
dave, i'll pm you later tonight

my 18x9 +29 RG2s dont sit flush anymore with 255/35 tire.
now i'm stuck looking to either upgrade to 265/35 tires only or look for 18x9.5 with 265/35 tires

So how does this work Dave? Front fenders only right? Can you include how you puled your rears cause I have those nice 18x9.5 with 20 offset and it rubs like crazy in the back with 255's I would love to drop it more, but can't stand the rubbing. The pics do look a bit like the fenders are really sticking out in the front from the door. Is the door just opened or something?

you mean like this
here is the setup i just did on my evo race car i am finishing.... btw its way to low i raised the car and honestly the camber wasn't in much at all .....it will be running more camber then pictured
info /tips
no you can pull it fairly hard without issue even though its 3 layers of metal.
yes , you can see the area above the flared section is indented.....always happens you have to put initial angle on the roller like this \ then as you go get it straight up and down like
this | to pull it and not flare it. most people do it like they do with 240s with a serious angle which is what you need to do only to get it started on an evo
