A lot of you already know about Hallman and who they are and what they do but for those that do not here is some more information..
Information about the Hallman Boost Controllers company-
Hallman Boost Controllers has been in business since 1995. We offered the first closed loop manual boost controller at an affordable price. Our boost controller offers the fastest spoolup of your turbo, steady boost and easy adjustability.
Hallman Boost Controllers are machined and constructed of high quality materials. We use 316 stainless steel and brass materials for our valves and internals. This insures a long life of the product and repeatable performance. All of our valves have been redesigned for 2002. Also in the redesign we have incorporated a slightly lighter spring to help make the adjustment less sensitive. Also, we now have all of our valve bodies hard chrome plated for a nice appearance and durable finish.
The new kits have been designed to offer some new features, such as:
*Simple adjustment, there is no lock nut or allen wrench(s) needed to adjust boost.
*Overboost protection, the internals of the Pro Series valves cannot be lost.
*Expandability, every valve is cockpit control ready with the addition of an add-on kit.
In 2004 we were granted our U.S. Patent # 6658849 for our cockpit control cable.
You may be able to find a "cheaper" manual boost controller but no other company or individual offers the quality or the customer support that Hallman Boost Controller offers. Our company and our products are second to none.

Carz Performance is excited to present the newest addition to the TiAL Sport product line.
- It features a large 1.98 in (50.5mm) valve.
- The V-Band design aluminum mounting clamp gives a very clean and unique appearance. The clamp is anodized and uses Stainless Steel hardware for a long lasting, corrosion-free appearance.
- The valve seal utilizes a Viton O-ring that is clamped in place to prevent the possibility of sticking to the seat and pulling out. The valve stem and guide are Teflon-lubricated, hard anodize-coated for wear resistance.
- The Blow Off Valve also comes with our own machined aluminum banjo-type air fitting and bolt, with over sized 10mm hose barb for quick actuator response. The actuator has a high temp silicone Nomex-reinforced diaphragm for long life.
- An aluminum or mild steel weld base mounting flange is furnished with each unit. Stainless Steel is available at an additional cost. The use of 6061 aluminum allows the housing to be anodized with a selection of colors.
- Through countless hours of R&D we were able to make the same size valve flow a staggering 60% more than the original design - that means 60% more air is blown off per cycle! This is the highest flowing BOV on the market.

BUSCHUR RACING DOUBLE PUMPER *INSTOCK* P.M. for price
This is a TRUE drop in setup and it is all done while retaining the stock fuel lines and sending unit. No modification is needed to run this. This setup is the similar to the one used on David Buschur's 9sec. daily driven Evo RS. His RS is making over 650whp on our Mustang Dyno and at this power level as well as some even lower we found out this setup was definately needed.
This setup includes 2 standard walbro fuel pumps, all necessary lines, wiring, fittings and fuel filter. (This is straight off buschur's site)
I am using this setup on all factory fuel lines with E-85 and at this altitude (5900ft) I have gone 10.5@134 on just boost and 10.2@139 on a 50shot.. With E-85.. Transferring that to race gas i have NO DOUBT this setup can push 8-900WHP or low 9's easily without changing the tank, the lines, or even the assembly!!

Why your engine needs a damper:
Each time the air/fuel mixture inside a cylinder is ignited, the combustion that occurs creates a torque spike that is applied to the crankshaft through the piston and rod. This torque spike is so severe that it not only turns the crankshaft, it actually twists the crankshaft ahead of its normal rotation and then the crankshaft rebounds. This twisting action is known as torsional vibration. When these torque spikes and forces get into phase with the natural frequency, critical torsional harmonic vibrations occur and can be seriously destructive to the bearings and the crankshaft. Dampers are designed to control those destructive vibrations.
Rubber VS Silicone dampers:
FluidCritical harmonic vibrations occur numerous times in an engine's operating range. Stock rubber and elastomer-type dampers are frequency sensitive "tuned absorbers", and work at only one critical frequency. In the case of a stock rubber damper, it is tuned for a factory engine's critical harmonic vibrations. If you change the mass of pistons, rods, or the crankshaft, you change the natural frequency of the crankshaft assembly; therefore, the stock damper is no longer tuned to the new frequency of vibration, and you may be headed for early failure of expensive engine components. Dampers also create heat while they work, and rubber is a poor dissipator of heat. This heat and the exposure to the elements deteriorates rubber, causing it to crack and change durometer, which then leads to inertia ring slippage, damper failure, uncontrolled torsional vibration, and costly engine parts breakage.

The friction facing material is cerametallic to bundle the abuse of highly modified engines. With all cerametallic clutch systems, some chatter should be expected on low rpm startups. Featuring a single spring damper for both discs, this clutch design has strap lift and drive for both the pressure plate and the intermediate plate. A patented system evenly lifts both the main pressure plate and the intermediate plate providing a clean release for steetability.
