Hardware needed for cat-back exhaust?

I just bought a used cat-back exhaust that's not coming with any hardware. I was wondering what I might need to complete the installation. I have a stock cat and I'm removing my stock exhaust. Will I need new bolts, etc.?

depending on the exhaust you might need hangars that are specific for the exhaust
but you'll have to check on that..
you don't have to replace any bolts, although if your going from stock to an aftermarket exhaust you will need bigger gaskets depending on the size of the exhaust.

If the exhaust was designed for your car than the hangers should be the same. Just get 4 nuts and bolts (depending on if its a 2 piece or 3 piece exhaust) that will fit the exhaust holes in the flanges. You can either get some gasket material and make your own like I do all the time, or go online and buy two 3'' (if its 3 inch for you) gaskets and throw them on. Your set.

Why not just go to your local autozone or pep boys and get a sheet of gasket material, they sell like 2'x2' for 10 dollars. Thats what I did, that way if you ever need any more you don't have to wait and it is half the cost, if that...

Exactly....
They actually didn't have the sheets when I bought mine but I found a gasket that was close to what I needed. I just had to enlarge the inside diameter slightly. I think the gasket was only a couple bucks, and no wait time.
