Synapse BOV Won't Fit. Help Needed!!
Ill try and keep it short.
My Niesi UICP for whatever reason I was dumb and ordered a stock BOV location (on the bottom of the upper part of the piping)
so its pretty darn clear the BOV will not fit connecting directly to the IC pipe, which I knew would be the case. I have a Perrin intake with a stock IX DV on right now and it barley fits on its own where it is (directly into Intake)
Basically I am thinking my only option is to buy a 90degree elbow for the intake and relocate the BOV to somewhere on-top-ish of the intake piping, or get a new UICP pipe. But if I am to relocate, my question is, where should I put it, and how can I keep it stable? if it isnt connected directly to the intake or UICP it would be fairly loose.
I know this is somewhat hard to understand especially since most people dont have both a Niesi pipe and an perrin intake and every setup is different so I will post pics as soon as I have time.

Actually I don't think Niesi has any other port option for their UICP from what I can tell. So if anyone knows where the Perrin Intake BOV Port is, and the Niesi UICP port is, and knows how big an Synapse BOV is, they will be able to understand that the BOV cannot fit in either place. My question is, do I have to ditch one of the two (I'd ditch the UICP) or can I figure out some sort of solution.

The solution is to chop the BOV port on the nesei and have the hole patched, and weld on a new BOV port where you want it...

^+1 Now you've got to improvise to make the BOV work. Freddies solution is probably going to be your best bet. Chop off the nub for the OEM BOV and have it patched up, then find out where your BOV will fit most easily with your pipe setup, then weld on a flange and hook her up...
