Can I reuse the stock oil lines for my upgraded Green turbo?
or do I need different/custom oil lines?

spend $150 and get the upgraded lines from FP. Better than spending another 1300 on a turbo, or rebuild...

Sorry, didnt see you were talking about a 7, so the new lines won't fit? Call FP is that is the case for sure, they were really helpful when I had questions about buying the new green

Your not going to fiund one either--unless one of the bros with a VII chimes in. Take your stock line and any thing else that shows the other end--so you have connection from the head to the turbo-- measure the length of line with string, hose what ever. Take this info to isomeone who custom makes hoses, hydrolics etc. let them make you one with the connection you need on each end and a length that fits what you want in a hard line or a braided line..simple.
