Drives: 2004 evolution 8

?tranny problem..i think

hey i got an evo 8 and i parkd it on a hill and put the car in gear so that i dont roll back.when i was about to get out the car it started slipping and rolling back while the gear was engaged.i never had that problem with any of my cars..anyone know what can cause this???????

^^^ lol dident read it too well huh... wel as for the op i have had that problem before on a very steep hill so i dont think its a problem so just pull the e-break really tight also.

? He can't give the car gas when he's getting out of the car. If the car is fully in gear it should "not" be rolling. Are you sure your fully in gear? Something to also maybe check would be the engine compression and maybe your clutch not engaging properly.
