Help brakes sticking

ok so i noticed my evo when warmed up for about 10 min driving in the citi my brakes apply them self a little. i noticed this because my car would not roll freely or when i was on a slight incline my car would not roll and was lighty braking?
anyone have any solutions . i was told i might have a vacume leak so i turned the car on drove for 10 min untill it stated to stick agian and pressed the brake a cupple times while in my garage and brakes sticking to try to maybe hear or see a leak and no there wasent anything . i still have fluid in the container and does not look like i lost anything.


HELP ME IM REALLY WORRIED

Drives: Blue 2004 Evo, 1969 Datsun 2000 roadster.

bleed your brakes, both sides-- and check for warpage of your rotors which will cause your brakes to drag---but you would see other issues if they were.

just flushed my fluid out and put new fluid in and im still haveing the same issue the brakes are applyed anofe that if i get out of the car and push it in nuteral and no parking break on an even surface it wont wove whats going on ?
