Question about Slim Radiator Fan wiring

Hello, I just got a Mishimoto Radiator with the 2 slim fans. I have a question about how to wire up the new fans. Mainly, what happens to that little box that looks like a heat sink sensor thing? Do I bypass it or what?

thanks
John

If you haven't got it installed yet, the stock radiator harness is what you want to tap for fan control. The thick blue wire is the switch 12v fan control, and thick black wire is a ground. Assuming you have a 2-wire slimline like I do.
