help welding catconverter bumg

i want know to since it doesnt come with a rear o2 bung welded on. whats the position to weld the bung? also what size is the bung to fit the evo 8 rear o2 sensor?

this is just to pass emissions. instead of buying a stock cat, i'd have to buy a stock downpipe, cat, cat back and since my piping is custom its gonna be difficult since i have a mirage. so the aftermarket catconverter is the best solution.
