1. You will pass inspection.
2. You don't need 2 anti-foulers. If you drill the hole to 17/32, the space between the tip of the sensor and wall of the anti-fouler is so close that the fumes cant get to the element.
The hardest part is centering the hole perfectly so the sensor screws in.

I have a few of these already machined if someone is looking for one..

i think i have to put 3 adapters because mine still "service engine soon" light on... and right now have two adapters..!! i need some help.. my RALLIART have INJEN, DOWNPIPE(custom), RRM PULLEY.... i have these codes on the scanner: "system too lean", and something about o2 sensor.... PLEASE!!! my car after installing the aftermarkets run worst than STOCK!!!! (dyno)

Stock: 149hp and 154tq

downpipe, injen, pulley: 150hp and 144tq

o2 fix works great got my car in 2007 i put Road///Race Race Series Header/Downpipe, ROAD///RACE Ralliart Underdrive Pulley Kit, ROAD/RACE - Magnaflow Highflow Cat, ROAD/RACE MIVEC Engine Ported/Polished Intake Manifold, ROAD/RACE Piggy Back ECU Automatic Version 2 and cai all of this stuff run good

Works for me, I used both antifoulers, put 600 km on and no CEL. Did not have problems with clearance since the angle of the sensor was parallel to the ground. for custom mandrel bent exhaust system =)

I found that I had to reset my car a couple times before the CEL never came back. 15k later and no CEL.
