how do you adjust the low beam on a non hid light??? can't find any info on this, but I'm sure it's in here somewhere!

Drives: 06' TB Evo SE
This was really easy to do. I had been wanting to lift my headlight but I didn't want to break anything but using the 10mm socket really easy. I just did it really slow and careful and was done in about 20 min. Good write up, everyone should do this.
