Need help!!! Need to cut side marker holes out of carbon fenders

Okay so i need help/suggestions with how to cut out the sidemarker holes out of my Seibon Carbon Fiber Fenders....I've heard that all i need is a carbide tip dremel and a steady hand is there anything else i should use or take in mind...Should i worry about the weave coming undone? Any advice or tips would be greatly appreciated

Thanks for your time...

Good advice is to use a good thick layup of masking tape over the area to be drilled.
Carbon Fiber is extermely bad at hole breakout(like when you drill wood and get all those splinters around the hole that make it look kinda chunky done)
if you put something to press against the fibers so they don't push out with the drill bit, it will look top notch, even for just a drill hole.
Better advice would be press area against a wood block while drilling.
Fiber breakout around holes can lead to f'in up your clear coat, and weather and wind can get all in there and make it look nasty after a year or so.

dremel should do fine, as long as its a new bit and done at a high speed, it will look good.
80 to 125 grit sandpaper to the cut edge after, and you're good to go.
I do still suggest covering the area in masking tape so you can use a marker to outline where you want to put it.
Post pictures after!
Also, hello from DFW/Arlington
