How do you capture screen image?

I want to post my maps for others to tell me whats wrong, but I don't know how to capture the complete screen image.
Can someone here tell me how.

on your keyboard, on the top, (R) hand side, theres a button labled "prt Scrn"/ "Sys Rq" <(same button) click on that, then open up paint shop pro, or whatever editer you have, and click on the paperclip, and your SS will pop up, and you can resize, crop, etc.

if you are using a Mac:
=> Shift + Command + 3 = full screen capture
=> Shift + Command + 4 = click on the upper left part of the screen and release the mouse click on the bottom right part of the screen you want to capture.
In both cases, it will create a picture.png on your desktop...
