the stickers are holding up fine for me. One can of paint was more than enough for all 4 for me

Hmmm, I was going to do black,as I have the same rims and black car, but I think red might look better with all of the black.

Is a smaller decal needed for the back calipers? Everyone is only posting their front wheels so I'm curious to see what people did on the back ones.

No. The place I got the stickers from sent 6 decals. I just cut the Brembo symbol off of two of them.
Just so everyone knows the paint and stickers is still holding up great. No signs of paint coming off yet.

Just did mine a few weeks ago - took me a week with the car in teh garage on jack stands, but def worth taking them completely off, sanding completely down - priming, painting, applying the new Brembo logo and finishing off with clear coat.
As you can see, I used 3M tape to mask off the bleeding nipple - then me and a friend did a 2 hour bleed job. The car brakes like no other and the brembo's look hot once again - not like ****
It took 1 can of each:
1 can of Primer
1 can of Red Caliper Paint
1 can of Clear Coat
See results:

I did the same.
The logo and word "Brembo" will not fit on the rear calipers.
I just put the logo on the rear and works fine for me.
