Stock Air Box

Just bought injen intake system.

I ran into a problem when I went to disconnect the air box from the MAF. The bolts are all retarded, the screw connected to the MAF with the bolt is an awkward shape, which just broke through the plastic parts that hold it stationary. So now the thing is spinning when I try to loosen the bolt on the other side.

It only happened with the top 2 bolts after I had undone the bottom 2.

What do I do now?

Hold the akward shape end with a vise-grip. I had the same problem removing the MAF from the stock airbox

Yeah I just did my HKS RS two days ago, but luckily I knew that the air box bolts were hard to get off without cracking anything. So I got out some locking plyers and I ended up only ever so slightly cracking one piece off the box. Your best bet would just be to use an open ended wrench now that all your plastic is already broken. It should fit in there now.
