You may be surprised to know that the exhaust system on my EVO is from ULTIMATE RACING (from Canada!!) The BEST stainless-steel piping I could load on that EVO, plug-and-play, zero worries, and a DEEP, GROWLY sound on idle and during acceleration, not sounding like a stupid tin-can ricer... thanks to their choice of a (pretty) large, terminal Magnaflow muffler on the back-end, which is very efficient cancelling most of high-frequency spectra of natural exhaust sound.
Cheers!

Add me to the list. I am up to 106k miles and it is my daily driver. Was mostly stock until 2020 when my son turned 16 and I decided to put some money and time into mods and teaching him about cars.

I just love driving mine too much to let it set, but to each his/her own. I also have an attic full of stock parts…lots of stock parts.

Original owner checking in! 69k miles 2006 WW Evo 9 MR. Used to be a daily where my commute was only 1.5 miles each way, now its used mostly for occasional weekend fun and as a backup car. Used to autocross and HDPE it now I'm just not into that stuff much anymore. My current hobby, mountain bikes are way cheaper and easier to work on, plus on a bike you can still pick those lines, apexes and get that seat of your pants rush.
