Rear subframe BOLT BROKE both sides WTF? Need advice
You will be able to see from the pictures I have just a little rust on my frame. I am taking off the rear subframe to get to this and fix it. The only issue is the bolt I have shown broken, broke on the other side too... I hope this bolt does that thread into the aluminum subframe and then the body, I can't get it to fall down though. I loosened all the other bolts a 1/2 inch and I want it to start to fall down so I can get it out.. any suggestions.. would be great.. this really is depressing.

Was there supposed to be nut on the back side of that? If there was then its prolly not threaded in. Problem you will have is the two different metals being seized to each other. Heat will be your best option unless you have access to a welder and can weld another bolt on there to then use a socket to back it out.
One other option you may be able to do is use an air hammer.. Just my .02 cents. Without actually looking at my my evo to see what type of room there is to work with there are the first options that come to mind. Good luck
