Where is Bank 1 Sensor 2 located?

Hi all, my check engine light is on and the code P0141 came up. Just want know where Bank 1 Sensor 2 is located? Is it the one furthest away from the engine directly behind the cat about halfway down the car? Thanks for your help.

Yes it should be the one past the cat. Although, keep in mind, a code on your post cat 02 could also indicate cat failure. Do you have a hfc or tp?

It's the rear O2 after the cat.

stackhouse is correct, dont change pinpoint to the sensor, it might be the cat.

P0141 is a Heated O2 Sensor Heater Circuit fault code...this does not point to a bad cat converter...most likely cause is a bad (rear) HO2 Sensor or wire damage...i would bet on a bad sensor

My car threw that code along with some other cat-related code a couple times. Cleared it, but it would pop up after I did some hard pulls randomly every couple months. Dealership replaced my cat because it was done.

It always did smell weird too..light hint of a weird burning smell. After they changed it no smell. But again after a few really hard runs on the highway, hint of that smell comes back. My Evo eats cats!

I used to get P0141 intermittently, so I thought it was not enough anti-foul extenders (running catless), or maybe a tune issue. Eventually I replaced that rear O2, and no issues since. So yeah, +1 for the sensor.
