who can heel-toe.......

as the tittle states who can heel-toe their evo??
i find it difficult to do it on the evo compared to some other cars... so any advice would be awesome. i plan on doing alot of track events this year and this would help alot!!!

for you that dont know what heel-toe is:
when you approach a corner and you start braking with your "toe" you reach over and hit the gas with your "heel" so you can downshift without having to let off the brakes.

I don't find the evo any easier or more difficult than other cars. I just pull my heel back and pivot off of my big toe onto the throttle with the corner of my shoe. I also don't watch my feel while doing this so I guess I don't have a great explanation.

I don't really use my heel, more like the outside of my right foot, just takes a little practice..

Yea it took some time, but its works very well in the Evo. You gotta kinda pigeon toe your right foot a bit and just pivot, once you get it down its butter.

Heel-toe is a downshifting maneuver. I don't think you "get" heel-toe, Skyline Racer

hmmmmmm..... i had a 350z and it was really easy... i might just have to much toe on the gas witch is making more difficult for me to reach the gas... but i have been more of a "drag racing" kinda guy.... but i want to do alot of road racing this year

Heel toe is pretty easy. Just like down shifting when approaching a red light, you just brake at the same time as you're doing it. Easiest car I've done this in is, well, the Evo.

My friend for the first time tied his skate shoes when his skate shoes fell of and wedged under his brake pedal. You should have seen his face.

Wear shoes that tie. Love my Pumas
