Looking to go from cloth to LEATHER in my MR..........
Hi fellas, I have an 05 MR that has cloth. I would like to get the 2 front seats and the rear bench in leather. I have searched and searched with no avail! I need a gentle point in the right direction with options. If anyone has done this please share a link that I might not have seen. I live in Minnesota and would love to get original seats in leather rather that re-covering the oem ones. I have even went as far as to get a price for covering just the blue middle of my seats and 1,500 sounds a little extreme for my taste. Thanks for the help in advance, Rick

The front seats are soooooo snug theres no room for sliding. As for the backseat who cares. If they are in the back seat they are NUTS !

Just buy a set from a SSL part-out.

Three options:
1) go to a car upholstery shop and have your seats wrapped in leather
2) buy new OEM seats from a dealer
3) hunt for used OEM seats in the for-sale sections here on EvoM

Is it just to get rid of the blue checker section on the stock seats? Perhaps some fabric paint is in order if that's the case.
Otherwise, find someone doing an SSL part-out.

as mentioned check the for sale section, or if you want to do your own custom look, try a company like katzkin.
if its just to get rid of the blue center section, buy fabric dye as mentioned. i think i have seen a few "how to" threads and it doesnt seem difficult at all.

Here's a link to my interior pics. Just an idea of what Katzkin looks like. I'm very pleased with it..had it almost 2 years now.
