Where I work, I deal with a professional body shop day in and day out. I can tell you now that that will not be totaled. Definitely fixable...

first off it depends where u go

depends if the wheels are bent and then the axle could be bent. other than that it doesn't look too bad. i got hit along the front and back doors and the center beam and it cost about $ 4k but i went to an expensive place bc it wasnt my fault.

looks like ull need new back door and side skirk. they will prob fix the front door and panels and repaint the whole passenger side of the car. and again, depends on the wheel damage or not.

glad u r ok! don't worry it will be fixed and itll look better than ever!

So who do they consider at fault in this case? Maybe both at fault (she was likely speeding/not paying attention?) G/L on things!

Antonio - Whats up man. This was in Cali. Crazy ass ppl dont pay attention hear and you yield to them no matter what.

I am hoping they would find her at 100% fault considering she was definitely speeding and any accident that involves someone speeding is generally found at whoever is speeding fault.
But it will be my word against hers on if it was green or red. But all I know is after she hit me, no more then 3 seconds after, the light was Red where I just was before the accdient, and now Green for the lane I was turning into.

The wheel is messed up, its bent a little it seems. How hard does it take for the frame to be bent in a Tbone with a Evo? I thought it was pretty easy? My sideskirt is bent in, and cant tell if anything is bent or just superficial.
I would much rather Total it out and buy it back.

if the bodywork is done right you will NOT notice. If you do notice anything at all, the bodywork/paint is not right.

I would say 5-6500 in damage, You will need a new rear quarter rear door and lower skirt.

Fairly easy fix.
