When little kids see your Evo.....

Frequently I get little kids that stare/ask questions/tell their parents they want a car like mine. Just curious to hear your stories, I know you guys have some!

Scenario 1: I was at the local grocery store, I drove past a mom walking with two looked to be 7 - 9 year old boys. I park my car (away from other cars) and I get out. As I'm walking up to the store, both the kids are beaming at my car. One of them asks me what kind is it? Is it custom? How about the thing on the trunk? I answered all of his questions. Then he said he wanted a car like that when he gets older. His mom laughed and said "Son, you'll be driving my minivan" I just chuckled.

Scenario 2: My brother was driving my evo, he pulled into Brusters (icecream shop) and some little kid tugs on his dad's shirt and says "Daddy I want THAT car" My brother just smiled.

And of course all the constant stares as I drive by. My car has some noticable modifications done...exhaust, tial BOV, etc.

Have at it!

Danny

Oh I forgot one, but this wasn't little kids....

Scenario 3: Two of my friends that have Evo's and myself were at the local 7-11. An SUV full of girls driveby and they yell "WE LIKE YOUR CARS" all smiling and waving.

EDIT: Err scratch my title....I'm interestd in hearing what ANYONE says about your Evo's

My son (10 yrs old) thinks every car with a wing is an STi or an evo. I think the wing attracts the little kids.

Ive overheard people talking about my Solar Orange Z all the time. I dont catch people with my Evo as much though.

tons of looks though. People get outta my way quick on the highway when they see the front end and then just stare as I pass or people just look back in the mirror or turn around and just stare in awe. Its kinda funny

few girls almost crashed checking it out and an FX45 FULL of hott girls chased me down the highway once to check me/it out.

I gotta say, for the boy ricer persona it kicks off, it does just as good as my Z did for sure.

Did you ever sell your car? Last I checked in with you a couple months ago it was still at CBRD getting some things fixed.

On the way to the beach this past weekend, we pull into McDonalds for some treats. As we are coming out I see this Civic Hatchback pull into the spot next to my evo and three redneck ricers get out of the car. "Cool car, man" one says. The other asked "is it fast?" I just smiled and the third asked if I would pop the hood so they could take a look. I said sorry fellas but we gotta go. They all stood outside McD's until I left, all of them watching my car

- I literally hung my head in shame..............

I've had adults say hey your car looks the one in the video games. LOL.

A few kids in the neighborhood compliment it.

My best compliment was from my kids. I took them with me to go get pizza. I'm running about 28 pounds on E-85 so I punched it in second and they both screamed. My daughter started giggling after and asked me to go fast again and my son said it felt like being on a roller coaster going down hill (Stomach upside down feeling).
